Warspite model kit

I have just started this kit. The detail and quality seem to be great. I would recommend this kit and brand to others. I will take quite a while to complete it so I cannot give too many details. Some parts are very small and require fine forceps to handle, but this is common in kits of this level.

great bell sound!

This cymbal has a crystal clear ping that is never lost in the overtones. The bell is strong and loud-more so than in the regular 2002 ride. It is a great value and will work well for medium to heavy rock music or loud funk or fusion. I find it too bright and heavy for jazz.

Vintage Stanley flip drive ratchet is superior!

For years I have owned a Stanley 3/8 drive flip drive ratchet that had been my fathers. I have put it trough tremendous amounts of automotive work and have used various Craftsman, Snap on and many other brands of ratchets. This Stanley is my favorite hands down. The flip switch is easier to engage in tight places that the other brands and can easily be done with the thumb of the hand. Also this design does not accidentally get switched to the undesired direction as often as those with a small paddle switch such as Craftsman. I was delighted to find more of this design on Ebay.
