Unexpected benefit for overall good digestion
2 of 3 found this helpful Nopalina works for me better than I expected. When I add this to my morning routine I feel great all day. (sometimes I don't add it and then I can feel the difference with my energy level)
I would add that the instruction should include a brief period to let the drink sit and allow moisture to be absorbed by the fiber (chia seed). I have noticed a better result when moisture is allowed to be absorbed by the product prior to imbibing.

A quality product and the best price found on ebay!
This cream works great! I've been using it for a few years and won't use anything else! Even though the original purpose is for scars and stretch marks the cream is better than any moisturizer I have tried that is on the market.
