  There was an issue with the description, the seller did not mention there where broken parts on the model and they weren't photographed either. A compromise was reached as I had some spare parts to fix it, a partial refund was given.

  On arrival the loco wouldn’t run much. Very sticky. Took off the bogies and all of the copper contacts were badly bent. The whole set of gears had too much oil. Descriptions says “runs fine, been serviced , needs lite clean”. None of this is correct. It can’t have been serviced as the copper contacts were bent and no current could get through. It needs a thorough service not a light clean and it didn’t run. I’ve just spent 2 hours cleaning it all up and it all runs now.
