Powerful security tool
I installed 2 exterior cameras at my beach house in Mexico. The installation process was simple as was bringing them online. I am on the Nest Aware 30 day free trial which I will probably pay for the 5 day video history service at some point. The motion detection feature works well but has given me some false alerts. The audio reception is good as long as the people are within 6-8' beyond that its hard to understand them, it does have a microphone which allows me to speak thru the cameras although I haven't had a chance to use this yet.
The infrared light works well at night giving decent light. The cameras are easy to adjust position as they are held to their mounts by a powerful magnet, they sit inside a shallow half cup. The cameras connect to my internet thru the WiFi and provide me with live viewing. Picture quality is excellent in regular view but become distorted when zooming in very far. The instructions stated not to place them in direct sunlight, I located them just under my house eaves. I worry about longevity in the ocean air, time will tell.

I had very little upholstery experience and was able to install these, plan on plenty of patience and time, took me apx. 15 hours total. I went to you tube and watched a video from the seat shop, it was step by step for my 2010 Silverado. I also installed the Dorman universal seat heaters (628-040), these work great.
