Good, but no remote supplied

The product is ok, nice sound and very convenient. The problem is the my one came to me without a remote, as advertised and was for the French market, not uk plug. So, I had to go scurrying around to find an adapter. The lack of a remote is a problem as everything else has a remote you need to get up to switch it off or change input, and this negates the use of any of the other remotes.
