I wouldn't get excited.
No nut and bolt provided even though it is I the picture

Does the job
Bought it because I use containers for sugar syrup and when the syrup dries it locks the cap solid. The extra leverage enable me to open containers easily without resorting to a pipe wrench. Very few sellers for this item, hence went with this one.
Would have purchased two if there had been a discount for postage and packing.
Tools is OK but a bit slack - expected a closer fit. Could possibly fail to grip on worn caps in which cases I'd resort to the pipe spanner.
