All-in-one - HPs little gem
1 of 1 found this helpful I needed a all-in-one printer, scanner, copier. I have always used Hewlett Packard printers etc for over 20 years so decided to find another HP. This one came up, it is fairly compact but its main advantage over other units is that the paper feed is horizontal, your paper lays flat and if loaded correctly it will not jam or feed multiple sheets. It uses just two cartridges, has all the information you need on top to carry out whatever operation you want. The footprint is of a reasonable size as well. This is not
the most expensive or impressive model of the HP range, but it is well built and feels solid.

One of Sean Connery's best non-bond movies
Back to the cold war era, where everyone is watching everyone! Connery plays the top Russian Submariner of his time having trained most of the russian submarine fleet. Now we have a significant game changer in the world of nuclear conflict where we can knock on the door without warning, a stealth submarine!
As the premier Submariner commander, Connery takes out the latest hi-tech submarine the russians have to put it thro' it's paces. However, all is not what it seems. Connery as the commander has already gathered trusted officers and together they intend to defect, taking this hi-tech sub with them.
The Americans already aware that this new sub is different are trying to play catch-up on what this sub is capable of etc. Jack Ryan plays the part of a naval historian, writer, ex naval officer who works in the murky world of espionage and becomes a key player in this film.
Soon the whole of the russian naval fleet is deployed to hunt the Red October as Connery had already alerted the powers that be that his exercise is different to that planned.
The story unfolds from hereon with the americans trying to findout if Connery is defecting or as the russians say that he is on his own and going to attack the usa in it's own back yard. Now the game of cat and mouse begins and the film evolves from hereon in.
If you like cold war, spy thrillers, naval encounters and all things military, you should enjoy this film with it's twists and turns.

Power on tap
This item was purchased for a friend whose ni-cad powered Ryobi Right Angle was on it's last legs. But Ryobi do not change their battery design, thus allowing use of the One + lithium battery on any of it's old models. This after market battery of independent manufacture delivers the power without any fuss, it charges quickly on the lithium charger (you cannot use the ni-cad charger) and you can monitor usage with the built in battery check. These batteries do not discharge when stored unlike ni-cad. These are excellent quality and priced very reasonably compared to an original Ryobi battery costing around £75.00. These batteries are guaranteed and represent good value for money. My friend is delighted with this purchase and I myself will be investing in buying more batteries as I have a number of Ryobi tools.
