Continued protection
When it came time to get smartphones for the family, I knew that I also needed to get cases that would be able to withstand the drops that come with real life. After doing my homework, I opted for Otterbox cases across the board.
When my daughter came to me informing me that she had cracked the shell, I knew I could either contact Otterbox and get a replacement, or just the replace the case in its entirety. Going through Otterbox is...we'll say challenging. As it wasn't going to cost that much more, and I would receive the entire case far faster ordered elsewhere, I opted to replace the case for continued protection of the phone.
Hey, it's a lot easier and cheaper to replace a broken case once a year than it is to do with the phone itself.
