Seller was helpful and professional. Very pleased with the process. My only negative is that several pieces were chipped or destroyed during the shipping process (images added). They were pieces which had been in the bottom of the boxes, and sometimes things just happen during transit. However, it was still upsetting to have lost them. Overall, I would order from this seller again, but I would offer to pay more for extra boxes shipping or packaging, etc. The surviving dishes are beautiful!

I just got around to look at the feedback and am truly sorry that there were items chipped of broken. I did take what I thought was great care in wrapping these up. I tucked in as most cushion around the outsides of China. It would appear that UPS was not up to the task. I am happy that you are mostly pleased, but unhappy that there was any damage. Respectfully Steve Gardner. By the way, how did your special dinner go?
