Replacement works just like my original

I was not able to successfully register this product
2 of 3 found this helpful Because I was not able to register the product with MicroSoft due to an "invalid" serial number, I am not in a position to evaluate Office Professional 2010. I'm not sure if I received a "pirated" copy or not, but a full purchase refund was expedited very quickly with no need to return the product.
