Expensive for the function it provides.
It does the job OK but is extremely expensive for the function it provides. The upper pivot is also vulnerable to damage making an expensive repair if the glove box is opened too quickly.

Interfaces directly to Arduino Due
Interfaces easily and directly with 3V Arduino Due. Display is good quality, bright with no bad pixels.
The list of commands is short which makes setup easy. However, there is no internal character generator so you will have to roll your own if you want text but this is not difficult to do.
I have not tried the touch capability yet so cannot comment on this aspect.
