Wish I had bought new!
1 of 1 found this helpful Refurbished unit, which I was aware of, but after seeing the scuffs and general marks of use, would have been happier with a new one!

Very disappointing!
Very poor compared to my previous Dyson cleaners! The dust container is more difficult to empty than my old Animal Dyson, the dust container is much smaller, so have to empty more frequently! The power cable is shorter, so takes longer to clean the house! I don't find it easier to manoeuvre, as suggested by the advertising, it is a lot more flimsy than all my previous Dysons! So next time will be another brand of cleaner for me!

Utter rubbish!
Bought one month ago, July 2019. I charged till fully charged, have not used my sat nav since, battery now fully discharged, just like the very old battery I had previously, total waste of money!
