A great buy!
I have been working out to Davina's Power of 3 dvd for several months and having seen great results decided to invest in the Three 30 minute workouts. As they say, a change is as good as a rest. It's always refreshing to see Davina sweating and looking puffed out, rather than looking as though she's just stepped out of the salon! The workouts are certainly intense, but it's great doing everything in 30 minutes.....you can easily fit this in 3 times a week. The interval training keeps your heart rate up and the excercises combine arm and leg work together, rather than breaking it down into different sections on the dvd....hence you can fit it into 30 minutes. A great buy!
