Great value and spec.

Windows 10, is it that bad really?

Not really no. Sure it needs a bit of tweaking and I'd personally recommend replacing the start menu with something like Classic Shell (mimics Windows 7 start menu) because it's way more useful. The most annoying thing is that it's not finished yet and upgrades can, and do, sometimes mess things up.
