Used monitors are risky investments!

A cautionary tale... a used 30 inch monitor may look like a bargain can work beautifully for a couple of weeks and then develop a fault. At that point, you're out a lot of money and you don't have a working monitor. I will never buy expensive used kit again... only new items with warranties.

Nice paperweight for the Superman fan.

Nothing really remarkable but it's cute and it fulfills its purpose (holds papers from blowing away). Makes for a nice little gift if someone likes our red and blue hero.

The Film Crew takes on the Stooges

I'll be honest - I'm not a fan of the Stooges, finding their sustained 'humorous' violence tough to sit through. I bought this, really, as an MST3K fan, to see the introductory bits and 'Easter egg' presented by the Film Crew (Mike Nelson, Kevin Murphy, and Bill Corbett, all stars of the Mystery Science Theater 3000 TV show). And although the Film Crew bits are funny, there's not that much to them - and their comments are not exactly 'G' rated material so if you're watching with children you may find it occasionally embarrassing. I'd recommend this to a Stooges fan (the colouring IS nicely done) or to an MST3K completist like myself who has to have MST3K-related items on their video shelf, but it's not something I'll find myself enjoying over and over.
