When I asked for the disc key seller advised if they had one they will send otherwise I would have to pay more postage to return it then they will give me store credit. Who wants store credit at a place like this. We said we would post out a spanner if there was one available otherwise the buyer could return using the ebay return scheme where we would pay for the return postage and once returned we would then credit the buyers account, ie a full refund as we do not have "store credits".I explained this to the buyer in a message but he was not interested. I can only assume this person goes around making trouble for people and is clearly a complete liar.
