Effective and very reasonably priced
I bought it to rest my my XP pen drawing tablet on. I did wonder whether it would be stable enough to press on to draw, but it is. I love it. So I'd say, if you are just going to rest a lap top on it, it will be fine. Compare the price with other options and you can't go wrong.

Judge for yourself
I put a yes for recommending this, purely, because I didn't think a no was correct. Confused? All I can say about this product is that in two years of taking it, my colds etc have been almost non existent. Would I have had more without it? Who knows. I will certainly be buying more.
