  I paid for the item on 12 April and as of 24 April the seller had only printed a label but not delivered it to the post office due to his misplacing the item in his car. I suggested in my msg to him that I would be amenable to his cancelling the order and giving me a refund at this point so that I can get this item somewhere else, which I should have already received. This delay is due to carelessness and not to delays in USPS and shipping and I expect a refund ASAP.
