Cant be 100% certain
1 of 1 found this helpful This is my 3rd batch of these but I still don't know how effective they are.
Am I still losing my hair? Yes, but I'm 61.
Have they slowed my hair loss down? It's impossible to give an answer, maybe without taking these I'd have lost more hair but how do I know that?
Do I think they're helping me? Possibly yes, but I also massage my head, eat good food, eat no fat but lots of foods containing Zinc, ie eggs.
I don't use any other products or special shampoos, just the DHT capsules.
My dad was completely bald aged 30, he ate lots of fatty foods, I believe this is one of the causes of baldness, that's why I don't eat any animal fat, I cut it all off. Lamb chop fat, pork chop fat, bacon rind, chicken skin, duck skin etc, just don't eat it.
Will I buy these again? Yes, probably, but I'll keep eating healthy foods and keep massaging my scalp.

Best travel kettle.
1 of 1 found this helpful I looked at other reviews on travel, some took ages to boil, some burnt your fingers with steam through the lid so I dismissed them. This Russell Hobbs was more powerful at 1000 watts but it was about £4 more. I plumped for the Russell Hobbs anyway and I'm glad I did. It boils reasonably fast, it pours well and it doesn't burn your fingers. You get two good sized cups and two spoons that all fit inside the kettle. You can also go online and registers it and get a 3 year warranty like I did.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this kettle, it's a good brand, well made and does the job perfectly well. Why save £4-5 on a weaker slower unknown brand of kettle.
