1 of 1 found this helpful I received this vacuum with no extension hose and no extra parts (crevice tool, turbo tool etc) after emails backwards and forwards and receiving the wrong extension hose twice I’ve given up. As a vacuum it’s great on all surfaces but I’m unable to use it on stairs or in the car due to the lack of tools supplied.
