Great Value Floorstanders
Great value speakers. Very good bass, although careful positioning essential:these are BIG speakers & being rear ported need around 50cm space away from a back wall. They don't like being placed too near corners either. Basically, they need room to breathe. If you want something to sit against a wall, I'd advise against these as they will not sound any good, or rather you'd be depriving them of the best set up.
These are designed to work best bi wired, although it's not essential but it's simple enough to set up. Even better if you can Bi-amp you will really get the best out of these. Great mids & highs & when positioned well, no boomy bass.
These are a steal at £169.99 from Superfi for 'B Grade' IE they might have a slight scrath or dent, although mine were perfect & seemed to be returns from Poland as they came with a big card from a high class Polish hi-fi retailer.
I've noticed that there are many sellers on eBay attempting to sell these speakers at silly prices IE £200+ S/H. These are basically 'Old' & first hit the market around 2010 & RRP was just under £500.
So to round up, these are very good speakers at a certain price point. They are designed to sound best bi-wired at least & specifically sound better with the covers ON.
You need a largish room to achieve the best sound as they are big speakers that have a large footprint are nearly a metre tall & need placing away from walls, just as most rear ported speakers do.
Check out the little brothers the MX1 bookshelf sized for something smaller but still giving a great sound, especially placed on stands. Personally, I've paired the MX1 & MX2s using the MX1 as surround sound/rear speakers, connected to Arcam 250AVR & Arcam DV135 used solely as a CD player. Coupled with Cambridge Audio Studio Reference phono leads & Wavelink Bi-Wire speaker cable Made in USA.
Very happy with the sound overall for a system that cost just over £280 all from eBay, for better than what I could get new for the same money, as when new all together the cost would have reached around £2500 !
This review is just my opinion. I'm not a total expert but am an enthusiastic Audiophile with reasonable knowledge.
I hope this review is of help?
Mission 70 pair of speakers + centre speaker

Good Value & Decent quality. Better than spending loads on inferior but new speakers
The centre speaker is typically well made Mission quality.
The rear speakers I wasn't too sure of at first as the cabinets are made of plastic. Well I rigged them up & they sounded fantastic!
The rears are quite small so don't expect loads of bass, but the level of high end detail is amazing. Very good silk dome tweeters.
The centre speaker is well made & chunky. Gives great sound.
These were part of a set which originally came with a set of floorstanders.
I paid under £30 with postage, used them for a few months then sold them when I got some better Mission set of speakers. I easily got my money back & more!
If you can get these for around £30 all in then go for it.
I used these with a reasonable quality amp & cd/dvd

Looks Nice. Light Well made but a big flaw!
8 of 8 found this helpful Basically, it's a good little mini laptop for doing basics such as surfing, Social media shopping etc.
I regret buying though as most of the 32gb memory is used up by the operating system & infuriating bloatware. This means that I now have a computer less than a year old that won't allow me to install the latest Window 10 updates as theres no space to store anything on. It's a waste of time getting the 32gb version. I now have to get a large capacity usb memory stick to hopefully get it to install updates. If it doesn't work then it's pretty useless. My advice would be to AVOID THE 32GB flash memory. Get something with a memory of at least 160gb.
It's a shame that Acer has gone out of its way to ensure obsolescence occurs within a year of purchase. Just pointless having Windows 10 as it takes up all the memory!
Shame as it's a great little laptop to use. Even the built in sound card sounds pretty good through the hi-fi, via HDMI or headphones socket. Love the textured plastic which is impact resistant and quite tough. Battery use is decent too. I get around 6hours at least depending on what I'm doing.
