  DON’T TRUST THIS SELLER! Seller only paid £3.19 postage for sending a laptop! Obviously this was not enough so my item took 20 days to arrive & I had to pay an additional £3 after l paying £15.99! Seller admitted it was his fault & promised to refund this then changed his tone completely afterwards. The laptop box was damaged as it was wrapped in just kitchen towel and an envelope! I have tried to resolve the postage refund issue politely with the seller but he’s now changed his tone & refused.

  Please disregard this dreadful person's feedback. The buyer had confirmed to us that they'd received their item later than usual due to a system error on Royal Mail's side. Buyer wanted extra money from me to compensate said person for postage costs despite paying the required amount on the listing.
