  The item is satisfactory, but there was a delay with postage - the original advertised postage cost was insufficient, I had to pay extra to Royal Mail to ensure delivery, which was today. Communication with the seller was excellent. It appears the delivery issue is most likely down to Royal Mail.

  Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry for delay but down to royal mail. As I post at my local post office the package was weighed by them and appropriate postage was paid. I do not understand that you were asked for additional costs. Please let me kno by return how much the additional postage was and I will refund this amount . As you can see I have 100% feedback and I have never had this happen before. I will take this up with royal mail as I have proof of postage . Best regards Stewart
