Recommended, a classic of the genre.
This is a great book, beautifully and passionately written. Don't skip the introduction, it gives a real insight into the writer and his love of his subject.

Good alternative to Wayfarer
Just received these, and couldn't say how they'll last but a first look suggests they are well-made and good quality. Polarising is good, and they come with a little gizmo that demonstrates the effect. I like the frame shape, and unless you're a label snob I would suggest that they are a very good, rather less expensive, alternative to Ray-Bans.
