Cassette Deck Maintenance

The Top Line Audio Cassette Tape Head Cleaner helps me keep the decks going well. The tapes do leave residue on the tape heads and it is imperative to service the decks. This helps get the most out of the cassette tap collection. I highly recommend this product for those that still use the tape medium as a choice of hi-fi.

Exceptional Service

I love the fact that Square Trade will warrant my purchase via eBay of a Mint Condition 1977 Pioneer Integrated SA-5500ii Amplifier. I can buy the vintage hi - fi gear with confidence knowing Square Trade will cover me and ensure it works right! I also found that their customer service was exceptional, what a combination for this Company. I will use their service whenever it is an option. I was able to "recreate" my "first" Hi-fi system from 1977. Check out the Photos of a 1977 Pioneer SA-5500ii Integrated Amplifier, 1977 Pioneer TX-6500ii Tuner and the Pioneer PL-115D Turntable. The first 3 pics are the new vintage equipment purchased via eBay and warranted by Square Trade. The next 2 pictures is the original equipment I used to have in 1977. This was a great first system 40 years ago and turns out to be a great vintage system 40 years later. Some men buy sports cars during the "mid life crisis", I choose to go back into time via vintage hi fi gear! David (Stillrockin1961)

Pioneer Vintage Cassette Deck CT-F500

I love 70's vintage Pioneer hi-fi gear. This cassette deck was Pioneer's entry level deck in 1978. However, it is a stellar performer for an "entry level" deck. It will, of course, require a new belt kit down the road being 41 years old. Deoxit5 will be required to clean all the knobs and control buttons. Once a basic service is performed on this deck it will probably go another 40 years. Right now it is sounding very nice and recording well!
