Great book for youngsters!
Lovely book. I bought it for my nursery's "Mini Beast" topic for the children aged 2-4. They spent a full week looking at the book and using it to create artwork to form a display. The children responded well to this book as the storyline is easy to understand and the wording is descriptive but not overfacing for such young children. Even after our topic had ended, it was still one of their favourites at storytime. The CD was easy to listen to, not too long for the little ones but long enough to satisfy our older ones. The narrators had good, clear voices and captured the imagination of the children. I would definitely reccommend this book to any parent/ carer/ childcare provider with children of this age.
