I curl my hair with rollers then spray the light spray before brushing it out

Better for "pencilnecks" ironically!
I got a medium and am 5'3 weighing 111 lbs. After washing, it is just a little loose. My only problem is the neckline creeps up as I wear it and I need to pull it down. That is why I didn't recommend it. The rest is all fine.

Good product
This is the same brand used by my chiropractor. I can tell a definite difference when I use it. My muscles are relaxed within a short time.
