I solemnly swear THIS is a good buy!
I got this for my Niece's christmas - she has recently gotten into Harry Potter with me and this seemed like the perfect gift for her. Not only is the product great (being exactly as described and fully functional (so great watching it turn into the map!), but it was also a great experience with the seller. Due to delivery issues the mug was a day or so late, I emailed the seller and very promptly was reassured of the situation. Even with the unknown whereabouts of my order, another replacement mug was immediately sent out! As it so happens, a late night courier appeared with the original mug only minutes after this transaction had happened (typical!) but it was great to have such a customer service minded seller to deal with! I can't wait to see my niece's face!
