Repetitive, dull and confusing
This book might contain some useful information but if it does, it's buried under a huge amount of repetition, confusing writing, logic that doesn't hold up to scrutiny, and incorrect "facts". There are other books out there which are more interesting, entertaining and helpful than this one. Don't waste your money.

Disappears far too quickly
This pen produces a fine purple line which disappears completely after a while. The problem is the speed with which it disappears. It lasts perhaps ten minutes before being gone. So if you buy yourself one, don't use it for anything you need to be able to see for the rest of the day!

Not fit for purpose--don't waste your money.
I was told that these Supergrip hoops were brilliant, so bought the eight inch one to try.
It is awful.
It won't grip the fabric at all. It's impossible to get the fabric properly tight in the hoop because as soon as I try to tighten it, the two halves of the hoop pop apart, no matter how tightly I adjust the screw. And even when I do manage to keep the two pieces of the hoop together, the fabric slips out of it.
It is not fit for purpose, and I will be returning it.
If you want to buy yourself an embroidery hoop, choose a good quality wooden one and bind the inner ring with thin fabric. It will be far better than this.
