    Pleasantly surprised and very happy with my purchase. The description of the item said that it was refurbished with some signs of use, however it appears like it's brand new. The box was sealed and contained more than advertised including a storage pouch and charge cable (like it would from new) and the speaker sounds perfect. Delivery was also very quick.     The ThinkPad P17 laptop I ordered on Friday evening was at a bargain price in the Boxing Day sale. It arrived on Sunday morning and was exactly as described ("new - open box"). It is still covered by Lenovo's support warranty for 17 months. I requested an invoice afterwards which was sent to my email address. VAT was included in the invoice, which means I can reclaim the VAT, as I will use the laptop in my VAT-registered small business, so the effective price was even more of a bargain.
