Unfortunately item was damaged in transit by the courier, we went above and beyond to help the customer promptly so very disappointed to see a negative review for us. Sometimes things like damage in transit can happen and we always believe a business should be judged on how they deal with an issue out of their control and would always hope customer would be sensible and judge the business on how they deal with the issue.
