Best head set ever
1 of 1 found this helpful The sound quality is incredible. I have had this headset for about 5 years. The longevity of it is not that long. Bose is not making it anymore so it is a bit like Twinkies...everybody is quickly buying whatever stock and/or used product that they have. Bose should start making this again. For starts, you can leave it in your ear and it is not offensive looking. Secondly, you can hear conversations with it in your ear. It is comfortable since there are three sizes. It oddly stays in the ear pretty good even though it does not have a "handle" that swings around the ear (which can be excruciatingly painful) so it is more comfortable. It announces your calls. It is easy to answer. It seems pretty easy to sync (I had one phone about 3 years ago that did not want to sync but I think it was the phone). The charge is pretty good (I think 5 hours) although sometimes I do have to charge it in the middle of day. It is difficult to plug into the charging wire so it would be nice if they went to the new style that does not have a top and bottom. It is way expensive but I really could not use the other devices after having this one. I tried the ones that go around your neck and you put into your ear. Sorry, I am just too busy on the phone to use those but I know that is the direction of "headsets." If you have an old, non-working, sell it on Ebay as they are selling for parts they are that good!
