Very low quality. Sound is terrible
The product looks good but the sound is terrible. Almost can't hear nothing during phone calls. The quality is very low for music as well.

The product is defected. The manufacturer is ignoring
The product is not working proparly unfortunately, and what is listed in the product description is disconnected from the reality.
Do not expect any kind of help or support from the manufacturer.
