  The items were as described,however delivery was stated to be DPD and gave an option to collect at the local Argos which I selected as I've previously had problems with DPD.The seller then sent the item via Royal Mail to Argos with no way of being notified.When I contacted the seller after the item was still marked as awaiting dispatch ,I was told it's been delivered and is probably on a shelf....luckily it was,not the service I've come to expect from ebay sellers.

  Delivery was not stated to be dpd, it says hermes, dpd and ups. Usually i send via hermes but have had issues recently. So on this occasion i chose to send via royal mail so i could track it. Buyer never contacted me to specify to send via dpd. And yes it was to be posted to an argos, which i did. He then sent an abrupt message saying it hadnt been shipped. I checked tracking info and it had been delivered. Not my fault he couldnt be arsed going to argos to check, so on a shelf it sat.

  When checking when the items had been dispatched ,the listing noted as awaiting dispatch.I then contacted the seller as there had been zero communication from him up until then.At no point previously had delivery by Royal Mail been mentioned.When neutral feedback was entered the seller then sent an abusive personal message.

  Was late getting to me but OK with that as I was well informed of the reason and was given the option to cancel if I wanted, no issue as I need to wait for a replacement battery anyway. Was quick to arrive when the seller got back from vacation. Very good condition but, as noted in the listing, not working due to depleted battery.
