I like the idea of this product. I don't know if it works or not, that is hard to say, but I do feel that like I am gaining something by taking it, and that is half the battle!

A great anti inflammatory
Recommended to me by runners and triathlete's. This product is great for soreness and stiffness. I highly recommend it.

Has really helped me
I had chemo and radiation, and my immune system was shot. I was advised that mushrooms were a very good immune system booster. I have been taking them for over a year and all of my blood tests are normal. I can't say that this is the only reason because I take turmeric and other supplements, but I won't stop taking it. Hope this helps.
