Handy light in more ways than one except pocket.

The light output is good, it is light weight, however it is not light on the pocket, at over £40, plus batteries and perhaps a charger, if not already got one.

Batteries Powerex MHRDI2 IMEDION - 2 x D NiMH 1,2v 9500mAh

Good but not the best

Good but not the best which are Powerex 1100 mAh. Although these latter batteries start loosing power as soon as fully charged, the subject batteries under review retain a charge well whether installed or not in any device, However Powerex 1100 work extremely well in cold weather. However the Imedion are a good battery, being a reliable backup for myother Powerex good backup until such time as the Powerex have been fully recharged, which does take longer than 24hours, So you do really need both types especially when using them in Mr Beams sensor lights security lighting. This does increase your overall costings but it is worth it for total reliability.
