    Most normal sellers would accept they had made a mistake and rectify it promptly. Not David, he's quite happy to let it drag on for nearly a month without any communication and would prefer ebay to sort out his failure. Wrong item sent and slow postage, zero communication and a big waste of time. On the plus side, the item sent was new and the postage was reasonable, its just a shame about the ignorant attitude towards his customers. If you do buy from him, i hope your item is correct

Decent fan, but pretty loud
This is a good fan and performs well in terms of air movement, but it's pretty loud. I bought it to replace a failed fan on a bench power supply and it's way too loud for that purpose: I can hardly hear anything I'm testing. I'll need to buy another, quieter fan, so it'll end up being a costly repair!
