Funky Tunes....
Three cd's: sunset, sundown, and sunrise with funky upbeat tunes. As the album name suggests 'a chic collection of Globa'- covering many genres, house, disco, acid jazz, funk, etc but all pleasing to the ear lobes indeed. Nice:)

Old school hip hop with hard to find tracks.
If you like old school hip hop you might like this cd. I bought it because im a fan of Madkap (though track wasn't the best). It has tracks that you dont find easily. The five tracks range from gansta through to r&b. I liked most tracks, though the cd only plays for about 25 minutes-but is cheaper than a full lenght cd.

Good Stuff!!
A great blend of fast, medium and slow release protein - perfect for those wanting to build muscle or simply have a steady source of protein over an extended time.
I personally need a high protein diet and have found this a fantastic morning supplement to get me off to a great start of day and to see me through. Absolute love the slow release which keeps me fuelled for hours. Mixes well, and the unflavoured is good for those who don't want additives. All round it's a winner!
