poor bulb design

bulbs don't last long at all . turned light on for a electric repair in bedroom 5 minutes later the first bulb burned out. Replaced bulb with spare , about 8 minutes later that bulb burned out. Looked on side of bulb to find out what size it is . Can't make out the numbers on bulb. Poor quality.
