Master Lock Twin Pack Combination Padlocks
As expected from a low-cost security product you get low quality security. If the item(s) being protected is valuable don't buy this product. For the cost, the padlock is good value but it doesn't provide good security if that is what you are after. It isn't too difficult to defeat and the low quality of the mechanism meant that I could use at least 5 different combinations to open it. It's difficult to rate because it really does depend on what you want it for. If you want good security it is terrible (1-star), if you just want a deterrent then it is okay (3-stars). I've settled for 2 as mid-range.

Lap Watch
This watch does exactly what I wanted it to do but my requirements were simple. I wanted to be able to take 5-6 split times for a one lap circuit and then recall those times later. It does all that and the watch is easy to operate which is a big benefit. There is, however, one feature which I found confusing and that is setting the FORMAT. You can choose between: Split LAP and Lap SPLIT. This isn't even mentioned in the instructions that come with the watch and the reply to my email to them was unhelpful. They just told me how to operate the FORMAT feature not what the FORMAT feature does. I don't understand why it isn't mentioned in the instructions.
What I don't know is how I would record split times for more than one lap and then recall them all. As it isn't something I need or likely to need (my one lap is about 7km) I've not investigated any further. The answer might be fairly obvious to others though.
