Good stuff, works well
Good stuff! We put it in my Toyota Tercel 6-forward-speed transmission with 304K miles on it, sluggish and requiring double-clutching. Now it's synching into all but first gear, smooth as silk.

An excellent, excellent voice recorder, extremely durable
An excellent, excellent voice recorder. Extremely durable. For good results, it's Important to pay attention to settings. Excellent for music too, but EQ is required before burning to CD. Works fine without a battery cover, but Olympus sold me a battery cover for this recorder's identical predecessor. That predecessor still works fiine after 10+ years of regular use, except that its hold switch stopped working right, requiring battery removal between uses.
