    USPS locked the package into a trailer and was unable to retrieve it for over a month. Seller was very supportive and tried calling USPS almost every day to try to get the situation resolved. It was more work for the seller than the sale was worth but they stuck with it to make things right. Even requested to return my money even though it was USPS fault. We really like it. Works very nice!
We’ve had ours for over two years now and it is still working great! We use it about once a week to clean the kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms. It sure makes mopping up the floor a breeze. The triangle head makes it easier to get into the corners.
