A good performer from the past :)
Sold in the early 80s by Ferguson, a well-known and reputable company for hifi and electronics. The one I bought was in near perfect condition and had a good clear tone. On full volume it was amazingly loud but still clear. Solid construction - better than the more flimsy cassette recorders built today.
Very happy with it.

Good quality
Solidly-made and long enough to get good leverage when cutting. Note that it is not a true flush cutter as there is a slight angle on the cutting edges. I used it to trim the edges of frets I'd installed in a guitar neck and it left about 1/16" which was easily removed with a file.
True flush cutters which leave no excess are much more expensive if that's what you need but this is a good solid tool which does it's job well so it has been a worthwhile purchase.
