Could do much better...
Overall, the author has written a guide to building some useful diagnostic equipment; functional descriptions are understandable and the devices could be built for minimal cost. (subject to the limitations outlined below)
I am unable to find the promised component lists, the circuit diagrams are presented against a coloured background and in a graphical style which makes them difficult to read and, in at least one place, pages of text are repeated for no apparent reason.
The editor or publisher has ruined all of the author's good work by trying to make the book look pretty, or trendy, or something.
