Good fun book
7year old grandson liked it. Educational but fun.

Very good results
2 of 2 found this helpful Was recommended this product by Zumba teacher as having cramp in my toes at night. Having used painkiller/ anti inflammatory tablets found using this product much better . It really works also used it for lower back pain and shoulder pain and found it excellent.
