Once you get used to it it's very tasty especially when i I add coconut milk.

Can't comment on the quality as I've only bought this brand, but seems fine.
I've made porridge (adding my own flavouring as it is quite bland), buckwheat and coconut bread, used instead of potatoes and used it in stir fry.
I soak it overnight like all my grains, rice and seeds to eliminate the phytic acid and bring out the goodness which otherwise would just pass through your system.
Overall good and versatile.
