Extremely watery product. Went on with brush and looked good. Next day was as if not put on at all. Gave second coat, but again next day gone! Seller
Extremely watery product. Went on with brush and looked good. Next day was as if not put on at all. Gave second coat, but again next day gone! Seller delt with problem very well and professionally. Excellent service but poor product from Car plan. Shame.

VHT Red Wrinkle Paint
2 of 2 found this helpful Used to repaint lotus plenum and cam covers, worked really well and gave a perfect finish. I was going to have them powder coated but was told not to as the blasting process could trap grit/ beads inside the plenum and if anything got into the engine it would be the end of it!! Hence did it myself with the cans! Careful preparation required and degreasing. Also the heavier the coat the heavier the wrinkle. Best to have a go on a plain surface first to get used to it.
