Longevity an issue
We purchased this phone to have the ease of a chordless home phone with small answermachine built in. It worked well for the first 8 weeks and was very pleased with it. However it stopped working after nine weeks and was returned. The second phone we received lasted only four weeks and the base unit packed up. Now given up and bought a currys phone that works flawlessly for past 3 months.

Solid Unit
Works well and unit is robust.

Good Quality
The shelf is good quality and service was tip top. The only slight negative is that the plastic white screw covers do not fit.
