Excellent product and a bargain simply because the box was bent out of shape/
I was a bit concerned at what the reality of damage to the box or cosmetic damage to the underside of the heater might turn out to be in reality but it really did turn out that the box was a bit crumpled while the heater was completely unaffected.
This is a runaway best buy on Which? which is why I bought it and it is every bit as good as they say. Easy to use, relatively inexpensive (for supplementary heating) to run and heats up the room really quickly. I have a DeLonghi that is three times the price but no better.
