Thanks for a spare £100 pounds or so!
This product deserves five stars due to its price in comparison to new cartridges; its quality, i.e. the apparent perfection of the colour matching to the original inks and the relative ease with which the whole procedure is completed. Two minor issues, firstly, it may be an idea to include a simple instruction sheet for those new to this process, and I also found it to be rather messy, but that is probably my fault anyway.
I would advise any future users of this product to buy some surgical gloves and lots and lots of absorbent tissues. However, whilst this may seem unpleasant, I personally found that the ability to buy myself a fine pair of Cuban cigars and a decent bottle of 12 year old malt with the money saved and with plenty of change left over, my initial objections rather faded away halfway down my Second Whiskey. I would also like to point out that I rarely write reviews and those I do are by no means all positive. I will I assure you be buying more of this product and recommend you do the same.

Looks lovely; questionable quality
2 of 2 found this helpful The product itself looks very stylish but as soon as I plugged it in the first time it popped my breakers. I noticed that one of the elements was LOOSE and rattling about inside, not having been assembled properly. At this point multiple factors came into play. I needed a toaster right away, I realised that a swap would take time, I am well equipped and experienced at repairing such appliances, and I had already (I hoped) identified the fault. I decided to cast aside the warranty as the manufacturer had cast aside the quality control. Upon disassembly I was proved correct; a simple assembly fault was the problem; tab (a) into slot (b) literally. Reassembled correctly the appliance works perfectly. To sum up:
1. This was not cheap.
2. There is a gap around the chrome top and black surround that fills with crumbs and shows like mad, AND is a nightmare to keep clean. Thanks for that....
3. I will not buy another no matter how well this one performs (quite well) due to the evident lack of quality control.
Upshot? Would you want to risk buying another knowing this? Up to you and I hope you have better luck than I.
